International Account Manager Façade

As International Account Manager Façade you work with international architects and you support and develop the network of foreign specifiers/fabricators in order to grow the sales results. Your scope of activity will mainly be in Africa and Europe.

The core focus will be on the following tasks:

  • Specify EQUITONE Façade materials for international projects
  • Maintain a close relationship with the local external specifiers/fabricators within your region and establish account plans with SMART targets for and with these local external specifiers/fabricators.
  • Close follow up on the project pipeline and provide support when needed.
  • Implementation of the Etex Façade sales strategy in the local markets.
  • Set up of promotional campaigns together with the Marketing Manager.
  • Together with the Technical Manager, supervision of the correct technical execution of the projects.

In addition, the job consists of a number of administrative and after sales activities consisting of regular telephone contacts with the customers, establishing reports, providing technical support, handling complaints and acting as a liaison between and different companies within Etex.


  • Ideally, you have a master degree in engineering or marketing/economics.
  • You have several years of experience in an international B2B environment, ideally in the construction sector.
  • You have an international mindset and you have affinity with the geographical areas North and West Africa.
  • You are decisive, goal-oriented and not afraid to take initiatives.
  • You have strong communication skills and you are a strong negotiator.
  • You can work independently and you are able to organize your job in an efficient manner.
  • You are able to express yourself fluently in English and French. Arabic is considered as an asset.
  • You are an entrepreneur with a nose for business opportunities.
  • You are able to manage an international commercial network and therefore willing to travel frequently (30 – 40 %).
  • As a member of the sales team, you have the ability to think strategically and to work in a team.

  • You will work for Euro Panels Overseas, the Etex Façade export company that creates and develops new product-market solutions for Etex materials and consolidates export to existing and new markets.  Euro Panels Overseas can count on 17 employees,  including 1 sales back office in Belgium (KOB), 1 in France (Avignon) and 1 in Dubai. Our turnover is about 20M EUR.
